La galette de pommes de terre ou Grumbeerekiechle en alsacien qui est \u00e0 l&rsquo;Alsace ce que la galette de sarrasin est \u00e0 la Bretagne, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire une galette !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette suivante est pour 6 \u00e0 8 galettes, \u00e0 vous de calculer pour plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300gr de pommes de terre<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf<\/li><li>1 oignon<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile<\/li><li>Un peu de persil<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade rapp\u00e9e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tapes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper<\/li><li>Ciselez l&rsquo;oignon<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans un saladier<\/li><li>Rappez les pommes de terre pr\u00e9alablement lav\u00e9es et \u00e9pluch\u00e9es<\/li><li>Faites sortir l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dant d&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;amidon<\/li><li>Ajoutez l\u2019\u0153uf, l&rsquo;oignon, la farine, l&rsquo;huile, le persil, le sel, le poivre et la muscade<\/li><li>M\u00e9langez le tout jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans une po\u00eale<\/li><li>Mettez un filet d&rsquo;huile \u00e0 chauffer<\/li><li>Une fois fluide d\u00e9posez votre pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re<\/li><li>Aplatissez chaque galette \u00e0 votre convenance <\/li><li>Faites dorer les galettes 5 \u00e0 10 minutes sur chaque face<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est une recette id\u00e9al \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer en grande quantit\u00e9 et \u00e0 mettre au cong\u00e9lateur pour les semaines suivantes.
